集团出台上市公司及创业合伙人试点两项管理制度

　　近日，雷火竞技正式印发《雷火竞技出资企业控股及参股上市公司管理办法》和《雷火竞技创业合伙人制度试点工作管理办法》两项制度。

 

　　《雷火竞技出资企业控股及参股上市公司管理办法》明确了出资企业对控股及参股上市公司委派人员、决策审批流程及停复牌等事项的管理。

 

　　《雷火竞技创业合伙人制度试点工作管理办法》主要对试点企业、合伙人选拔标准、试点实施细则等内容作出规定。印发后，集团将在下一阶段组织各出资企业进行专项培训。

 

　　据了解，此次出台的两项制度旨在实现雷火竞技在公司管理机制上的突破，提升集团及下属企业总体竞争力。制度出台前，均是根据出资企业实际情况，经过多轮意见征询和专题会研究后制定印发。
